About Me
For many people, having an overlap in identities and/or life experiences can be important.
Here are some identities I navigate and am happy to share:
I’m a white, cis, queer femme millennial.
I use she/her pronouns.
I’m Jewish (Ashkenazi and Sephardi/Mizrahi).
Half of my family is from Eastern Europe and the other half is from the SWANA (Southwest Asian North African) diaspora.
I’m a second-generation American and
grew up with an immigrant parent.
Therapeutic Approach
I am grounded in Relational Psychotherapy and also utilize a combination of other modalities and theories: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.
I’m interested in looking at the intersections of systemic, relational, developmental, and intergenerational trauma, and the way our experiences with others shape our inner world.
I believe that white supremacy and internalized capitalism dehumanize us, and therapy is a space to name, process, and grieve these impacts.
